With more than two decades of leadership in media, agency operations, sports marketing, and athlete representation, he blends a respect for tradition with a relentless drive to reshape how media is planned, bought, and measured.

His hands-on, humble leadership focuses less on accolades and more on outcomes. Decades of colleagues and business partners know him for keeping promises, rolling up his sleeves, and putting clients first. Whether navigating complex media landscapes, integrating cutting-edge tools, or building authentic client relationships, Jeff champions smarter media and stronger partnerships.
Outside the boardroom, Jeff and his wife Jessica are proud parents to grown children and dedicated foster parents to drug-exposed infants—a reflection of their deep belief in compassion, advocacy, and second chances. He also serves on the Board of Directors at Aurora Mental Health & Recovery, where he contributes to initiatives supporting mental wellness and community strength. A lifelong sports fan and avid supporter of the Denver Broncos, Jeff’s passion for athletics runs deep-shaping both his personal life as former athlete and devoted fan, as well as his professional drive.

With over 20 years of experience in media administration on the broadcast side, Daphne demonstrates professionalism, dedication and expertise in traffic support and execution. Her meticulous approach gives confidence that our client’s media plans are handled and executed with the utmost care and accuracy. This Pathfinder is also our lead in media audits, quality assurance and ensuring proof of performance for our partners. Daphne and her husband Jamie have 3-adult children and one granddaughter whom they enjoy beyond measures. They enjoy road trips, camping, dirt track racing and so many outdoor adventures together! Her infectious energy and proactive communication and ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they arise is one of her greatest strengths.

Kevin Maloney has been developing websites and running digital marketing strategies for over 18 years. He works with small and large businesses, nonprofits, labor groups, health care organizations, and government agencies, acting as a key team member on a number of successful political and public awareness campaigns. Kevin is a highly experienced developer and programmer, specializing in creating custom WordPress websites that utilize UI/UX principles to communicate client messages and achieve client goals. His extensive work managing SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns has led to measurable success for his clients, including mail list generation, political wins, and a dramatic increase in visibility. Kevin is an avid reader and fiction writer and lives with his wife, dog, and three cats.
