With more than two decades of leadership in media, agency operations, sports marketing, and athlete representation, he blends a respect for tradition with a relentless drive to reshape how media is planned, bought, and measured.

His hands-on, humble leadership focuses less on accolades and more on outcomes. Decades of colleagues and business partners know him for keeping promises, rolling up his sleeves, and putting clients first. Outside the boardroom, Jeff and his wife Jessica are proud parents to grown children and dedicated foster parents to drug-exposed infants—a reflection of their deep belief in compassion, advocacy, and second chances. He also serves on the Board of Directors at Aurora Mental Health & Recovery, where he contributes to initiatives supporting mental wellness and community strength. A lifelong sports fan and avid supporter of the Denver Broncos, Jeff’s passion for athletics runs deep-shaping both his personal life as former athlete and devoted fan, as well as his professional drive.

Daphne Turcotte

Bio
With over 20 years of experience in media administration on the broadcast side, Daphne demonstrates professionalism, dedication and expertise in traffic support and execution. Her meticulous approach gives confidence that our client’s media plans are handled and executed with the utmost care and accuracy. This Pathfinder is also our lead in media audits, quality assurance and ensuring proof of performance for our partners. Daphne and her husband Jamie have 3-adult children and one granddaughter whom they enjoy beyond measures. They enjoy road trips, camping, dirt track racing and so many outdoor adventures together! Her infectious energy and proactive communication and ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they arise is one of her greatest strengths.
Kevin Maloney
Digital Marketing Strategist, Pathfinder Media Group
Bio
Kevin Maloney has been developing websites and running digital marketing strategies for over 18 years. He works with small and large businesses, nonprofits, labor groups, health care organizations, and government agencies, acting as a key team member on a number of successful political and public awareness campaigns. Kevin is a highly experienced developer and programmer, specializing in creating custom WordPress websites that utilize UI/UX principles to communicate client messages and achieve client goals. His extensive work managing SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns has led to measurable success for his clients, including mail list generation, political wins, and a dramatic increase in visibility. Kevin is an avid reader and fiction writer and lives with his wife, dog, and three cats.

Nick Roy is Founder and Principal Strategist of Currents Media Solutions (Pathfinder partner), a digital strategy and media consultancy focused on helping campaigns and organizations navigate today’s fragmented information environment. Bringing more than 15 years of experience leading paid media strategy across political, policy, and public-sector contexts, with a particular emphasis on education and awareness-focused programs where trust, clarity, and accountability are critical.
Nick brings a structured, learning-oriented approach to digital media, treating media not only as execution, but as a tool for insight, evaluation, and continuous improvement. His work frequently integrates research and polling to inform strategy and assess impact, and he regularly translates performance data into clear, decision-ready insights for non-marketing stakeholders, including engineers, executives, policymakers, and boards.
Nick works in close partnership with PMG to support digital planning, execution, and performance oversight across client programs. He will guide audience definition, channel strategy, optimization, and measurement approaches to ensure digital media investments are effective, transparent, and aligned with client goals and KPIs.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Maine and Master’s degree in Decision Analytics from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Andrew Eldredge-Martin (Senior Advisor) is a media and technology strategist with more than two decades of experience leading paid media and analytics for campaigns across the globe. A founder of technology and advertising companies, he’s led hundreds of initiatives around the world, allocating hundreds of millions of dollars of resources to achieve outcomes for brands and causes. He has helped elect U.S. Presidents, Senators, and Governors and worked for Fortune 500 brands, and a variety of national and global causes. His work focuses on using ad analytics, including artificial intelligence to inform overall campaign strategy and resource allocation.

Truax serves as strategic lead for all Pac/West clients and is intimately involved in the short-term execution and long-term strategy of each project. He brings a hands-on approach to every engagement, ensuring that each initiative is aligned with clients’ goals and positioned for success. His work spans companies and organizations of all sizes and a diverse set of sectors, including energy, agriculture, wildlife management, healthcare, insurance, banking, and trade associations.
